Which messaging channels come with Chatbot Starter?
Starter includes Website Chat and WhatsApp. Growth, Pro and Business add Instagram and Facebook Messenger, subject to provider approval and account eligibility.
Do higher packages include the features below them?
Yes. Growth includes Starter capabilities, Pro includes Growth capabilities, and Business includes Pro capabilities. Usage and team-user limits increase with each package.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. The pricing structure is designed so you can begin with the service and capacity you need now, then move to a higher package as usage, team size or workflow requirements increase.
Can I buy the AI Receptionist without a chatbot?
Yes. The inbound AI Receptionist is sold separately. You can add a chatbot later by moving to a connected bundle.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Monthly and yearly options are available for Chatbot, AI Receptionist and Bundle plans. Yearly pricing is approximately ten months of the monthly rate.
Can I keep my current business phone number?
Where the country, number and carrier are eligible, supported porting or SIP/BYOC routing can be used. Businesses can also start with a new supported receptionist number.
What counts toward receptionist minutes?
Minutes increase while the AI Receptionist handles incoming calls. Human-only portions after transfer may be billed separately by the underlying telecom provider.
Can I buy WhatsApp Campaigns without a chatbot?
No. WhatsApp Campaigns is an add-on for an active paid Generate One AI Chatbot or Chat + Receptionist Bundle. AI Receptionist alone does not qualify.
Are WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges included in Campaigns?
No. The Campaigns subscription covers Generate One campaign processing, controls and reporting. Meta/WhatsApp messaging charges are billed separately based on the connected business account and Meta's current pricing.
What add-ons are available?
